Gorgeous and Beautiful approached us to develop a growth strategy for their customer base and sales. With the buy-her-flowers market already saturated, we decided to shift our focus to self-giving and flowers for men. We restructured the e-commerce journey and messaging to emphasize the idea of buying oneself flowers. Additionally, we introduced subscription services for regular floral deliveries. Expanding our reach to social media, our content strategy revolved around self-gifting. To appeal to the majority of men who enjoy receiving flowers, we incorporated content and messaging that encouraged the concept of “buying him flowers.”
